10.00- 10.45 Biodynamic preparations.
10-45- 11.15 Organic/Biodynamic morning tea.
11.15- 12.00 The soil.
12.00- 12.45 Keeping bees.
12.45 –1.00 Question time.
1.00 - 1.45 Organic/Biodynamic lunch
1.45 - 2.15 Drive to site visits– Class split.
2.15 - 5.45 On site visits: a biodynamic herb garden and a small mixed farm. Organic/biodynamic afternoon tea.
6.30 pm   Pre-dinner drinks followed by dinner.

Michael Champion (BD market gardener), Ross McDonald (BD Vigneron & orchardist).
NOTE: This is an hands on course with farm visits. The weather can be changeable and extreme.
Bring appropriate clothing and covered footwear.
